A powerful man of God, George Stormont, spoke this over the Rock of Restoration Church on July 2001 and we have already begun to see it happen and strongly believe it will continue to in the future:
"Stand together," and in God's time break out, and, you will see this territory widened for God. The Whole area shall become an area where God reigns in power and sovereignty"
Our hearts are to see this area, including our family and friends, serve and have a passion for God. We believe we are in the end times and we have a great opportunity to let God use us powerfully and see hearts turn towards Him and be set on fire.

Mark Shell Ministries

Mark is a husband and father. His wife Dee and their two sons, Derek and Parker, are his greatest joy.
He accepted the call of the Lord to full time ministry in 1990. Having attended Southeastern Bible College as well as off-campus training Mark began to travel and minister around the country. He is currently finishing his Doctorate of Ministry and Theology.
Mark’s heart is for the Lord and to equip the saints for their ministry. His calling is to teach the Church to reveal the goodness of God to the world by revealing the Love of Jesus and not through the common messages of guilt and condemnation. This ministry has been gifted with a unique outlook on the life of the believer due to the Scriptural insight he received from his time in prayer and study. The message of this ministry is the Gospel that Jesus preached. His revelation is neither from books, nor men and women of God from the past, but the revelation is fresh and unfiltered by the opinions of men. Mark teaches and preaches the Full Gospel message of Peace, Grace and Kingdom under an Apostolic anointing. Mark teaches and preaches this Gospel in crusades, conferences and seminars around the world. His heart is for the Body of Christ to be revealed to the world and believes it starts with the building up of the local church.
Mark’s heart is for the believer to rise into their calling and so he instructs them in faith righteousness through the inspiration of the Word. Signs and wonders follow this ministry and the church is edified to assume their position in the earth. This ministry most definitely ministers a NOW message. The message he brings will deliver the captive, heal the broken hearted and shock the religious minded. After 20 years of full time ministry and much study in the Word Mark has concluded, the church doesn’t have a devil problem rather it has a knowledge problem. Therefore his message will bring revelation knowledge and challenge the way we think not only about God but about ourselves as well as our purpose in the light of the finished work of Christ.
If the ministry was to be explained in a few simple words it would have to be described as “mind changing”. That’s the goal of this ministry. Mark believes very simply Jesus came to cleanse the world with His blood sacrifice so that whoever accepted that substitution as their salvation is now the residence of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit on a daily basis helps us renew our minds to think like Christ. In essence, as we change our minds we change our lives.
Mark Shell is being led by the Spirit to help the believer change the world, one thought at a time.

Highwalkers are apart of the Native America Circle of Prayer

In 1997, Dr. Negiel Bigpond became a part of Oklahoma Apostolic Prayer Network (OAPN), an affiliate of the Global Apostolic faithful to this assignment, and Native American Network of Prayer was established with the vision for a world prayer center.
In 1999, our concept of a world prayer center was more physical than stretching our tent pegs or spheres of influence. In 2001, we received the assignment to intercede for native issues at all levels of government, and even worldwide.
Under the apostolic leadership of Dr. Bigpond, this warrior team is involved in all three levels of warfare - ground, occult, and strategic. Our assignment at this time is to "Return to the Trail of Tears." We truly are a world prayer center because of our obedience to intercede, tear down, proclaim blessings, make apostolic decrees, and build covenant relationships, not only in this great nation, but also with multiple countries. We are bringing healing to the land and its people.
In 2001 our name changed to NACOP. Native councils always sat in a circle when legislating governmental decisions regarding tribal issues. We are legislating in the heavenly realms. The Circle also represents an unending, unbroken covenant and a prayer shield over the nations.
Native American Apostolic Prayer Circle
In the year of 2007 Native America Circle of Prayer changed its name to Native American Apostolic Prayer Circle under the direction of Dr. Negiel Bigpond Sr. Our vision has not changed for Native Ministries or those called to Native Ministry. The name change describes this journey we have been walking for sometime now. (Jeremiah 33)
As we walk in this authority, please declare Luke 4:18-19 and Isaiah 6:1-2a for this faithful team of warriors.
These warriors called to the "front lines" receive teaching from our Apostolic leader, we strategize and receive prayer assignments for our weekly focus. We also participate in discussions of how to establish relationship with the Native tribes.
Our assault team is at different levels of experience and maturity. We enjoy "mentoring" "mothering" and providing on the job training for those called, anointed, and appointed to this ministry.
On site assignments have taken us locally, nationally, and internationally. In God's timing, we will have an international prayer center.
A special day of prayer began in 2000 for Creek Nation, in 2002 it was extended to include the Five -Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma out of this was birthed Spirit Wind Native America Day of Prayer.
The Justice Gates prayer journey has taken us to locations in Alabama, Georgia, Tennesee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas and Louisanna as well as internationally in Africa, Cuba, Israel, and Ireland. Please pray for us as we continue on this prayer journey called the Justice Gates.
In 2006, Gathering of Eagles began. There were 16 sites identified around Tulsa that we needed to build upon to bring transformation...so we have begun to speak to the mountains identified by Peter Wagner and those in the native culture and traditions that are holding the native people from stepping through the door into our inheritances. Please pray.

Morning Star Evengelistic Center Apostle Negiel Bigpond

Welcome to
Morning Star Evangelistic Center a Church of All Nations!
We would like to invite you to come and worship with us. We are a church centered on ministering to all people, teaching and releasing the gifts within each individual for such
a time as this. Join us for a time of anointed worship, teaching and releasing the gifts in the Body of Christ. Pastor Negiel Sr. and Jan Bigpond
Morning Star Evangelistic Center
In 1992 I felt called to start Morning Star Evangelistic Center which is now
Morning Star Church of All Nations. We met in an old trailer that had been
donated it was in need of much repair, with the people donating their time and
talent the repairs were made and the trailer was ready to be moved to the land
behind our house. A year later a smaller trailer was donated which we made
into the kitchen, a place to eat and fellowship. We then acquired another
trailer for the Children's Ministry and finally the Methodist Women donated a
double-wide trailer which we used as our church building and Two Rivers
American Training Center classes until we could purchase a permanent building,
we still use the double-wide as our kitchen today.
In 1996 moved by faith the men of Morning Star pour the foundation for the
new building. Then in 1998 at a conference in Dallas, Tx speaker Ed Silvoso
called for Jay Swallow and me to come up to the platform. He began to share
with the people at the conference about our decades of work among the Native
people on the reservation and that the Indian reservations were the biggest
mission field in America.
He told them about Two Rivers Native American Training Center and the vision
to multiply ourselves, to train up the next generation to win souls and
establish churches on the reservations. He took up an offering and when it was
counted the people had given $150,000 enough to finish the building that now
Two Rivers and the church.
Where We Are Now
July 2009
We are now in the beginning stages of extending our church building to accommodate
our children and youth and for more office space and facilites.
Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtain of your habitations be
stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strenghten your
stakes. For you will spread abroad to the right hand and to the left; and
your offspring will possess the nations.Isaiah 54:2-3

Morning Star Children's Church
The Bible tells us in Luke 18:16 that the children should come to Him and we
are not to hinder them because the Kingdom of God belongs to them. With His
Word in mind, MSEC offers Children's Church on Sunday mornings. The children
are taught lessons that are relevant to their every day walk with Jesus. Along
with the lesson, the children also participate in crafts. These crafts serve as
a reminder of what Jesus would do in any situation that they may face. On every
third Sunday of the month we have an anointed puppet ministry. The skits are
made to relate to a child's life as a child of God.
The Children are a very important part of His Kingdom and we feel it is our
job to minister to as many children as possible. For more information please

Loving Hearst Ministry - Bristow Ok

Loving Hearts Ministry, is dedicated to helping incarcerated men, women, and their families, ex-offenders, and those battling with addictions and survival obstacles, to attain victory over their past…through the love of God through Jesus Christ.
“Loving Hearts visits and preaches in prisons around the United States at least once a month; we touch 500 to 1,000 prisoners monthly through letters, books, and services. Postage is our biggest cost each month!” says LHM co-founder Dove Morgan. “LHM reaches nearly every state in the union, and eight different countries, including Canada, Egypt, England, Mexico, and the Philippines.”
“At our main office (in Bristow, OK), the services we offer include a weekly, loving support group for ex-offenders, and those that have loved ones still incarcerated — we feed them, offer them a visit to our clothing bank and food bank…[assist them] in finding local employment, housing, and ex-offender friendly churches to plug into; we teach them the Word of God at every meeting. At Christmas we give all the families a big turkey dinner to take home!”
Additionally, Loving Hearts sponsors a weekly Christian 12-Step Program called “Choose Life” for those challenged with addictions, depression, or who “just need a listening ear.” Other LHM outreaches touch prisoners throughout the world, through a network of support. “We help them find jobs, housing, placement for parole plans; we write parole board letters for those that have been in contact with LHM for a year or more…[and assist in] writing or calling their family members for encouragement.”
Loving Hearts has published one of its most important evangelizing tools— the new book, A Bear and A Dove: A Journey of Faith, a true story detailing the life of Richard “Bear” Morgan, Dove’s now-deceased first husband. Bear spent twenty-two years behind bars, but was radically transformed after giving his life to Jesus while incarcerated. After his release, he and Dove started Loving Hearts Ministry with the mission of “bringing victory to prisoners and their families.”
Their journey tells a powerful story of restoration, provision, and faith, and through its publication has enabled prisoners who read it to be freed of bonds of hatred, racism, violence, and abuse through their own relationship with Christ.“My greatest joy in the ministry is seeing the thousands of lives transformed — and the salvations as men and women that are incarcerated read A Bear and A Dove and take the Bear Challenge: that they will never do another drug or drink, and they will serve God with all of their hearts for the rest of their lives.”
We appreciate all those who financially help us to get the books and magazines into the hands of prisoners all over the world, and to answer the mail of inmates that come in by the piles…helping us with postage, printing.
“One of the things I’m proudest of is bringing the races of people together in a very racist community here in Oklahoma…we have a great mix at our meetings! I believe God has called us to reach the community (our Jerusalem), then Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the earth. God loves the prisoner…Psalm 102:20!”
Thanks to the partners and friends of Loving Hearts Ministry — making the difference through efforts like these…and touching God’s precious souls in prisons around the world!

Crossroads Ranch - Bristow Ok

Since the Lord has directed us to open our ranch as Crossroads Ranch “Barn and Breakfast” we’ve hosted several, week long “cowboy day camps” in the summers. Our next cowboy camp is coming up in June. Many of the children that I have taken in so far as campers have at least one parent in prison.
I can take up to 12 kids— that’s how many riding horses we have- and I teach them how to ride, learn all the basics about horses, cook on an open fire, drive a draft horse and do all kinds of old west cowboy stuff. It’s really an anointed time as I host them for five days at the ranch and we are constantly teaching the Word of God around the horse theme. The last day of camp the kids have their own horse show to let their families see all that they have learned at camp. Then I award each child a trophy for completing the camp and I give out other individual awards as well. It’s a really special time

I can take up to 12 kids— that’s how many riding horses we have- and I teach them how to ride, learn all the basics about horses, cook on an open fire, drive a draft horse and do all kinds of old west cowboy stuff.
